What kind of gas mileage does a 66' impala get?

Im dropping in a 327 in my chevy I never drove the car yet so I was wondering what kind of gas mileage might I get. It's a 327 with the orig. 2 spd. powerglide and I also have a turbo 350 that I could use. Which trans is better for fuel economy?
